Job Description
Position: Engineer Industrial 3.
Location: Lake Charles LA
Duration: 12months contract position with a possibility to go extended.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan prepare issue and control production schedules integrating multiple program schedule requests into one executable schedule for production teams.
Resolve conflicts between competing programs for common resources.
Advise management on status of work in progress material availability and potential production issues.
Create maintain and update networkbased Master Production Schedules for E6B programs.
Understand critical path schedule networks driven by logic durations and date constraints.
Work with IMP/IMS schedule structures and Work Breakdown Structures.
Export schedule data to Excel for weekly and monthly reporting cycles.
Conduct critical path analysis and resource loading for labor and materials.
Align program schedules with MRP/ERP and MES systems.
Independently manage tasks while contributing to the program teams success.
Analyze operations to improve efficiencies and design workflows for optimal production.
Conduct cost control inventory control and facility modification studies to improve productivity.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in a relevant field with 4 years of experience.
High energy resultsoriented mindset with a commitment to follow through.
Proactive selfdirected and a team player.
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to learn from mistakes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to drive results across various levels of the organization.
Ability to multitask prioritize and maintain attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Project for managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
Ability to obtain/maintain a TopSecret DoD clearance.
Experience working on new programs.
