ENDOSCOPY TECH Beverly & Addison Gilbert Hospital (floating possible)
Education: Certified Tech. Experience: Endoscopy Amb Surgery or PACU Recovery Moderate Sedation License/Certification: Active BLS
COVID Vaccines Booster andflu vaccine required at time of submission (declinations not accepted). If candidate does not have current flu vaccine we will accept an attestation stating they will receive it prior to start***
BILH cover sheet required
Local candidates not accepted***
Cannot have worked perm/travel for any Beth Israel facility within the past year.
