Business System Analyst
Remote
- Document and analyze business processes workflows and requirements.
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and convert them into functional specifications.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend improvements to enhance business processes and systems.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation including business requirements process flows and use cases.
- Lead meetings and workshops with crossfunctional teams to gather and confirm requirements.
- Ensure all practices align with healthcare regulations and standards such as HIPAA and ACA.
- Use data analysis to provide insights and recommendations that support decisionmaking.
- Guide and mentor junior business analysts and team members.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in healthcare and payer systems.
- Exhibit strong analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Maintain excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
