Job Title: Organizational Change Manager
Location: Remote within the State of Texas
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead change management efforts using established principles and best practices.
- Assess potential impacts of change and develop comprehensive change management plans.
- Identify and analyze key stakeholders and develop tailored communication strategies.
- Collaborate with teams to coordinate change activities and collect feedback.
- Facilitate risk management processes related to change and adoption.
- Develop and deliver training to ensure smooth user adoption.
- Work closely with stakeholders at all levels to build relationships and drive successful change.
Requirements:
- experience in IT operations with a solid understanding of change management.
- proven experience in change management preferably within largescale transformation projects.
- experience with change management principles methodologies and tools.
- Experience in change management with an ITILbased background is preferred.
- preferred:
- Certification in change management (e.g. Prosci CMAP) or equivalent years of experience.
- Ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience managing ambiguity and overcoming business challenges to deliver results showing a strong sense of accountability.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication presentation and facilitation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in change management (Prosci CMAP).
- Demonstrated ability to handle ambiguity and deliver results.
- Experience in driving change within IT environments ideally guided by ITIL principles.
