You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe primary role of the Network Engineer is to be responsible for the support, implementation, troubleshooting, issue resolution, configuration and maintenance of the existing and future corporate network infrastructure. Focus will be on actively and responsibly carrying out project-related activities that are assigned via ticketing system or via a project scope of work. Ensure that all network devices and their applications/services are secure via hardening and continuous patching. Ensure that all network devices are functioning properly by continuous monitoring of recourses and to properly document network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure that all network devices are hardened.
• Ensure that all network devices are up to date and patched
• Ensure that all network devices are functioning properly
• Ensure that all network devices are properly documented
• Ensure that all network logs are analyzed for potential risks
• Ensure that all network devices are properly decommissioned
• Ensure that access to all network devices is proper
• Ensure that all licensing on network devices is proper
• To be available in Shifts rotated on 24/7 basis with 2-day week off
• Be positive and proactive and have a desire for applying continuous improvement processes
• Adhere to Teleperformance Rules & Regulations on personal & performance data Confidentiality & Security.
• Adhere to Internal and External TP Standards
• Attend recurrent trainings published by the Client/Company on a regular basis.
• Work with other teams within IT and Production to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Cisco network management certificates CCNA (mandatory) CCNP is preferable
• Fortinet certifications (mandatory)
• Minimum 2 to 4 years’ experience in network/firewall administration

Network Design: Proficiency in designing, configuring, and managing various types of networks (LAN, WAN, VPN).
Protocol Knowledge: Strong understanding of network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and their applications.
Security Practices: Knowledge of network security principles and practices, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and VPNs.
Experience
experience in network engineering or related roles, with a focus on design and implementation.
Hands-On Experience: Experience with networking hardware (routers, switches, firewalls) and software solutions.
Soft Skills
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve network issues efficiently.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with other IT professionals and departments.
