We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Event Marketing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a difference and eager to gain handson experience in event marketing and fundraising. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and execution of fundraising events and promotional campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement event marketing strategies.
Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials
Engage with event attendees and promote the organizations mission and initiatives.
Monitor and report on event performance metrics including attendance engagement and fundraising outcomes.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for event improvement.
Provide administrative support to the event marketing team as needed.
Requirements

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required for events.
