Job Description

Shift & Schedule:

  • 24/7 rotation support structure.
  • 12hour workdays 34 days per week (6 AM 6 PM).
  • Onsite: 1 day per week currently with potential to increase to 2 days.


Interview Process:

  • Panel Interview (45 minutes).


Key Technical Skills:

  • L3 Support
  • Extensive troubleshooting experience.
  • Strong TCP/IP knowledge including TCP expertise.
  • Familiarity with firewall products (Checkpoint Zscaler BlueProxy).
  • Experience with OS upgrades.
  • Proficient in Wireshark for packet analysis.


Additional Skills & Qualities:

  • Effective communication with management and ability to provide clear updates.
  • Strong learning skills and capacity to adapt to new tools or challenges.
  • High engagement level and ability to stay focused on tasks.
  • Collaborate with L2 support teams engineers vendors and internal teams.


Certifications:

  • Relevant certifications preferred (not mandatory but beneficial).
