Shift & Schedule:
- 24/7 rotation support structure.
- 12hour workdays 34 days per week (6 AM 6 PM).
- Onsite: 1 day per week currently with potential to increase to 2 days.
Interview Process:
- Panel Interview (45 minutes).
Key Technical Skills:
- L3 Support
- Extensive troubleshooting experience.
- Strong TCP/IP knowledge including TCP expertise.
- Familiarity with firewall products (Checkpoint Zscaler BlueProxy).
- Experience with OS upgrades.
- Proficient in Wireshark for packet analysis.
Additional Skills & Qualities:
- Effective communication with management and ability to provide clear updates.
- Strong learning skills and capacity to adapt to new tools or challenges.
- High engagement level and ability to stay focused on tasks.
- Collaborate with L2 support teams engineers vendors and internal teams.
Certifications:
- Relevant certifications preferred (not mandatory but beneficial).
