As a District Life Insurance and Financial Specialist you will build your own market and book of business as a Life and Financial Agent as well support our existing agency owners and team members as they quote underwrite and issue life insurance policies. You act with speed composure compassion and knowledge to solve problems. The work you do every day is the heart of our business.
The District Life Insurance Specialist will be responsible for enhancing our agents competitive position and to increase sales production through effective communication of product knowledge illustration support and resolution of agent problems. This position will provide field support by serving as a direct liaison with our agents.
The District Life Specialist will also meet sales goals through their own prospecting efforts as well as partnering with agency owners and agency team members across the district to drive further life insurance penetration across the 45000 policyholders we serve.
The District Life Specialist earns 100% commissions available on the Farmers commission structure and also participates in a rich commission sharing program for the business that is crosssold and upsold through existing Farmers clients as well as earns a share of District bonuses.

- Hit quarterly Life Insurance sales goals
- Drive results for District to meet annual premium and count goals

- Act as the primary support and liaison ensuring agents feel fully supported both in the field and within the wider company network.
- Proactively engage in inbound and outbound communications with a laser focus on cultivating relationships driving sales excellence and securing quality retention.
