Job Description
Job Offer: OTR Company Driver CDL Class A
Key Highlights:
- Home Time: 12 days on the road 2 full days (48 hours) at home every other weekend.
3 months of experience is a requirement - Route: OTR across all 48 states with the majority of freight east of I35. No forced dispatch into NYC or its 5 boroughs.
- Miles: Drivers averagemiles per week (based on Hours of Service and availability).
- Freight: All notouch freight.
- 5060% drop & hook
- 4050% live unload
- Equipment: 2021 or newer Cascadia Freightliners or Kenworth trucks.
- Average haul length: 600 miles.
- Support: 24/7 access to operations specialists with empowered shifts for your needs.
Compensation and Bonuses:
- Mileage Pay: 0.54 0.60 CPM
- Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after the second hour.
- Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day.
- Mileage Bonus: 3 CPM based on safety mileage and productivity (eligible on the 1st of the month following your hire date).
Vacation Package:
- 1 year 1 week
- 3 years 2 weeks
- 7 years 3 weeks
- 15 years 4 weeks
