Job Summary:
The MEP Engineering Manager will lead and manage the HVAC/FPS engineering team overseeing the design development and implementation of heating ventilation and air conditioning systems Fire Protection system Fire Detection system. This role involves coordinating projects ensuring compliance with industry standards and fostering innovation within the team. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills technical expertise in HVAC/FPS engineering and a proven track record in project management. HVAC Design/ Engineering experience in Oil & Gas projects is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the HVAC/FPS engineering team providing guidance and support to achieve project goals.
- Oversee the design and development of HVAC/FPS systems ensuring efficiency sustainability and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate HVAC/FPS solutions into overall project plans.
- Review technical specifications and ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.
- Participate in project planning budgeting and resource allocation for HVAC/FPS engineering projects.
- Stay current with industry trends technological advancements and regulatory changes.
- Foster a culture of innovation continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Conduct performance evaluations provide feedback and identify opportunities for professional development within the team.
