Job Description
Role: Forklift Operator
Location: Sterling Colorado(Onsite)
Rate: $20/hr on w2
Job Summary:
The Forklift Operator will be responsible for driving a forklift to move stack and transport 50 lb bags of product for the majority of the shift.
This role also involves maintaining inventory levels ensuring products meet specifications and HACCP requirements and adhering to safety standards.
The operator will be required to perform various physical tasks and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a forklift to lift weigh stack and move 50 lb bags of product.
- Monitor finished product inventory levels and ensure products meet specifications and HACCP requirements.
- Maintain good housekeeping practices and adhere to safety and efficiency standards at all times.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing walking bending carrying and working in small spaces.
- Drive as needed to complete tasks ensuring the safe operation of the forklift.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a forklift operator.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting 50 lb bags and working in various postures such as standing bending and kneeling.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and proper forklift operation techniques.
- Ability to follow company rules and regulations
