Job Description:
As Innovation and Business Development Manager you will be responsible for:
- Leading business development in key sectors where Multiverse operates such as finance energy manufacturing logistics cybersecurity among others.
- Identifying business and growth opportunities across multiple geographies and industrial verticals.
- Managing strategic relationships with global clients and industrial partners.
- Identifying and building consortia to access public and private funding driving the companys growth.
- Developing and managing grant proposals covering both technical and financial aspects.
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure the achievement of objectives in collaborative R&D projects.
- Exploring and proposing new areas of application for quantum and generative AI technologies.
- Monitoring and reporting the status of ongoing R&D projects and funding proposals.
- Minimum Requirements:
- University degree in technical areas (Engineering Physics Mathematics Chemistry or similar).
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in securing public funding ideally through Horizon Europe or equivalent international programs.
- Commercial skills to identify and close business opportunities.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Experience in building consortia and working on collaborative projects.
- Ability to work in international and multicultural teams both inperson and remotely.
- Preferred Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within consulting tech companies or R&Dfocused businesses.
- Deep knowledge of quantum technologies AI and data analytics.
- Familiarity with the public funding ecosystem in Europe and other relevant regions (North America Asia).
- Knowledge of other languages preferably French or German.
- Strong skills in managing relationships with key clients and partners in a highly innovative environment.
