Job Title: SCCM Engineer (Windows Configuration Manager)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) professional to manage build and maintain a robust SCCM environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the identification of recoverable components the creation of new SCCM environments and the migration of agents. This remote role involves working on both the technical and operational aspects of SCCM ensuring the system is functional secure and operationalized for smooth daytoday use.
Responsibilities:

Assess Existing SCCM Environment:
- Identify recoverable components in the current SCCM setup:
- Configuration Items (CI)
- Packages and Applications
- Software Updates
- Security Baselines
- Distribution Points
- Boundary Groups
- Site Servers

Build and Configure SCCM Environment:
- Install and configure new SCCM environments including Primary and Secondary sites.
- Configure Distribution Points and ensure successful migration of all components from the previous environment.
- Set up and configure Reporting and Monitoring tools for ongoing system checks and health assessments.
- Ensure operationalization of the SCCM environment for daytoday use and troubleshooting.

Agent Migration:
- Manage the lifecycle and upgrades of SCCM agents across the network.
- Perform continuous monitoring to ensure proper agent communication system health and upgrades.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) in both deployment and maintenance roles.
- Expertise in designing configuring and operationalizing SCCM environments including site installations boundary configurations and component migrations.
- Experience in Agent Management including upgrades deployment and monitoring.
- Knowledge of software updates security baselines and configuration management in a Windows environment.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to manage and resolve complex technical issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience with SCCM migrations or building new environments.
- Strong background in Windows administration and related services.
