Job Description:
Responsible for supporting the Project Manager with all aspects of projects from initiation to close. Technical Assistant should be able to Communicate effectively with grantees to understand their needs and provide tailored support. Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Project Manager in collaboration with the Project Manager.

Education Requirements:
- Bachelors degree from accredited college/university in Business Management/Administration and Project management skills required.
- Experience in Disability Employment and/or Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint SPS.
Administration and Management
- Provide technical assistant support to grantees assisting with the setup use and troubleshooting of grant related software and tools.
- Respond to inquiries from grantees and provide timely solutions to technical issues.
- Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to grantees in collaboration with the Project Manager.
- Work closely with Project Manager and other team members to ensure seamless support for all grantees.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of technical assistance and processes.
Monitor Project Progress and Set Deadlines:
- Maintains organization and followthrough on all aspects of project deliverables. Manages project progression anticipates and addresses all delays with proper updates and followup with leadership.
Systems:
- Participates in both internal and external workgroups to ensure the strategies are aligned with goals and objectives. Supports with project management coordinating teams for data collection and sustainability efforts.
- Evaluate Project Performance
- Evaluates project efficiency and effectiveness identify all problems and develops plans to address all problems in a timely manner tracks all data throughout the process and provides weekly and monthly progress reports through duration of the project
Budget Management:
- Reviews all budgetary aspects of the project in collaboration with Project Manager.
- Manages monthly budget allocations and acts proactively to prevent delays and challenges.
