Job Description
We are looking for a talented personality (m/f/d) for a wellknown cult brand.Our customer sells a wellknown soft drink worldwide. From young to old everyone grows up with this brand.
What will you be doing
- You reply to incoming customer inquiries via telephone and email
- For any question with regards to the product or services offered you know the answer
- You accept praise and criticism and pass it on to the respective departments
Do you have what it takes
- Feels confortable with customer service
- Empathic listener and persuasive speaker
- Speaks Dutch fluently and bring good English skills to the table
- Equipped with basic principles of information technology
- Professional yet fun
