Job Title: Help Desk Technician (US Citizen Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Provide firstlevel technical support for hardware software and network issues via phone email and inperson.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently escalating complex issues to senior staff as necessary.
- Assist with the creation modification and deletion of user accounts in various systems.
- Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Assist with the installation configuration and maintenance of computers printers and other IT equipment.
- Educate users on software applications systems and best practices for technology use.
- Track and manage IT equipment inventory and assist in hardware procurement.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to team knowledge bases and documentation.
Qualifications: - Associate degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field preferred.
- Experience in a help desk or technical support role.
- Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems Microsoft Office Suite and basic networking concepts.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a customerfocused attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to explain technical concepts to nontechnical users.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
