You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailReporting to the Food & Beverage Manager you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the daytoday operations in Pier St Grill (restaurant) Conferencing & Events Lobby Bar InRoom Dining and Mini Bar. As our Assistant Manager Food & Beverage you will have a keen eye for detail good time management skills be incredibly hands on and a genuine passion for outstanding guest service.
In this role you will work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to drive all Food & Beverage opportunities for the Hotel to ensure our offerings remain fresh and animated. In this handson role you will be expected to constantly be involved in the operations of each outlet working alongside your developing team.
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you will have unlimited work rights in Australia and will be available to work to our business demands which could be varied shifts from early mornings to late evenings including weekends and public holidays.
You have a passion for the Hospitality Industry and are committed to delivering high levels of customer service. You are a natural leader and enjoy developing junior team members and take pride in being heavily involved in the operations. You will ideally have previous experience in banquets and events and will be looking for the next step in your career.
