Service Advisor
Overview: We are seeking a Service Advisor to play a crucial role in our aftersales service. This position involves managing inspection and maintenance reception issuing invoices and proactively engaging with existing customers to optimize workshop utilization and improve service profitability. Strong communication skills are essential due to frequent interactions with sales staff mechanics and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee operations from inspection to invoice issuance.
- Engage with customers to enhance service offerings.
- Optimize workshop utilization to boost profitability.
Required Qualifications:
- 10 years of corporate sales experience.
- Valid regular car drivers license.
- 5 years of experience in truck sales.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2ndgrade or higher automobile mechanic qualification (including diesel).
- Experience as a Service Advisor (2 years) preferably with large trucks.
