Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Center Director (Physician) to lead our medical facility in Santa Rosa CA. In this fulltime role you will provide clinical leadership and oversee daytoday operations while working in a missiondriven organization focused on delivering exceptional care. This position offers a balance of direct patient care and administrative responsibilities with comprehensive training in an industryleading Occupational Medicine Process Management Model.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and manage the overall operations of the medical center ensuring highquality patient care and regulatory compliance.
- Deliver patient care (90% of the role) in areas such as Family Practice Occupational Medicine Internal Medicine or Emergency Medicine.
- Lead and support a multidisciplinary team to foster collaboration and drive quality improvement initiatives.
- Handle administrative responsibilities (10% of the role) including staffing budgeting and ensuring center performance goals are met.

Position Requirements
- Medical Degree (MD) from an accredited university.
- Board Certification in Family Medicine Occupational Medicine Preventive Medicine Internal Medicine Emergency Medicine or PM&R.
- Licensure: Valid Medical Doctor (MD) license in California.
- Experience: At least 3 years of clinical experience in Family Practice Occupational Medicine Internal Medicine or Emergency Medicine.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
Schedule
- Fulltime position with no weekend shifts.
- 90% patient care 10% administrative duties.
