This position offers a balance of direct patient care and administrative responsibilities with comprehensive training in an industryleading Occupational Medicine Process Management Model.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and manage the overall operations of the medical center ensuring highquality patient care and regulatory compliance.
- Deliver patient care (90% of the role) in areas such as Family Practice Occupational Medicine Internal Medicine or Emergency Medicine.
- Lead and support a multidisciplinary team to foster collaboration and drive quality improvement initiatives.
- Handle administrative responsibilities (10% of the role) including staffing budgeting and ensuring center performance goals are met.

Position Requirements
- Medical Degree (MD) from an accredited university.
- Board Certification in Family Medicine Occupational Medicine Preventive Medicine Internal Medicine Emergency Medicine or PM&R.
- Licensure: Valid Medical Doctor (MD) license in California.
- Experience: At least 3 years of clinical experience in Family Practice Occupational Medicine Internal Medicine or Emergency Medicine.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
