Position: Growth Manager (Paid Social Media Buyer)
Location: Los Angeles CA (Inoffice or Hybrid)

Team Size:
Youll join a dynamic and crossfunctional team of 1120 working to optimize campaigns and grow clients businesses across various industries.
About the Role:
As a Growth Manager you will have autonomy in managing resources to maximize return on investment for both the company and its clients. Youll work with clients ranging from latestage startups to publicly traded companies optimizing campaigns across media platforms and driving results for performance marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy and daytoday management of Facebook ad programs with budgets exceeding $500k/month.
- Optimize campaigns across multiple media platforms and resolve blockers to achieve client goals.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams to deliver growth for clients.
- Use data analysis and quantitative reasoning to drive decisionmaking.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in digital advertising including direct response marketing.
- Expert knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience managing Facebook Ad programs with significant budgets.
- Strong attention to detail organizational skills and proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
NicetoHaves:
- Experience with Facebooks Ads API social media video creation and ad strategy on Snap TikTok Google and Pinterest.
- Familiarity with SQL and BI tools.
- Bachelors degree or higher in a technical field (Engineering Math Physics Sciences) from a highly selective university.
