- Create and post job advertisements on various platforms to attract suitable candidates.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of job postings and make necessary adjustments.
Interview Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Provide candidates with necessary information and guidance to prepare for interviews.

Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
13 years of experience in recruitment preferably within an agency environment.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proactive and resultsdriven mindset.
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within an agency environment.
