This is a remote position.
We are seeking a fully remote individual located on the East Coast to serve as our selfstarting Growth Marketing Manager reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer. You will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive awareness generate demand and ultimately grow revenue for our Warehouse Management and Demand Optimization products. You will design and implement innovative digital marketing campaigns create marketing content manage lead generation workflow and collaborate crossfunctionally with sales to orchestrate demand generation activities in support of revenue and growth targets. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in digital channels marketing automation and lead nurturing with a track record of driving demand and increasing conversion in a SaaS environment.
Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness product adoption and lead generation.
- Identify and prioritize key marketing channels (search social email paid media SEO content marketing) to maximize ROI.
- Continuously analyze market trends and customer insights to shape campaign direction and optimize the marketing mix
Performance Marketing
- Lead performance marketing initiatives across paid search display advertising retargeting social media advertising and affiliate marketing
- Continuously test and optimize ad creatives landing pages and targeting parameters to improve
- CTR conversion rates and overall ROI
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure campaigns are costeffective while driving highquality leads
Demand Generation
- Design and execute multichannel demand generation campaigns that include email marketing webinars content syndication and inbound marketing
- Develop accountbased marketing (ABM) strategies for highvalue target accounts collaborating closely with sales to drive pipeline growth
- Utilize marketing automation tools (HubSpot) to create nurturing workflows scoring models and personalized sequences.
- Partner with Corporate Marketing Manager to Generate highquality inbound leads leveraging website SEO
- Partner with Corporate Marketing Manager to produce blogs whitepapers case studies eBooks and videos that support SEO and demand generation goals
- Track measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
- Provide regular updates on key metrics such as lead volume pipeline contribution customer acquisition cost (CAC) and customer lifetime value (CLV)
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize the lead hand off process ensuring timely followup on MQLs and improving conversion rates from lead to opportunity
- Coordinate with sales and customer success teams to develop retention and upsell strategies improving customer lifetime value and reducing churn.
- Manage and optimize the use of sales and marketing technologies to ensure frictionfree lead flow followup and conversion
Product Marketing
- GTM and messaging strategy for new product releases and features
- Differentiated Product messaging and market positioning
- Content creation product collateral ebooks position papers blog posts
- Customer persona identification research and messaging (pain motivation outcomes targets value)
- Market trend and product performance analysis
- Crossfunctional collaboration with Product Sales and SLT
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business or equivalent experience
- Prior success as a growth marketer with efforts directly contributing to rapid pipeline and revenue growth
- 5 years of SaaS industry experience driving results through marketing campaigns
- Strong knowledge of HubSpot Salesforce and other marketing automation and analytics tools
- Proficiency in analytics and datadriven decisionmaking
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Creative and innovative personal style
- Adaptable and eager to thrive in a remote work environment
