Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in computer science Business or related field.
- Specialization or Certification in AI or ML is a plus.
Location:Mohali Hybrid
Shift:UK Shift (12 PM to 10 PM)
Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Creating predictive models for AI and MLbased features.
- Writing efficient reusable testable and scalable code.
- Understanding analyzing and implementing Business needs feature modification requests and conversion into software components.
- Designing and implementing High availability and low latency applications data protection and security features.
- Performance tuning and automation of applications.
- Enhancing the functionalities of current software systems.
Skills
- Expert in solution building using AI/ML/DL open sources and libraries
- Expert in python programming
- Problem Solving and Analytical skills
- Competence to write clear optimized necessary code
- Capability to solve complex technical issues comprehend risks prior to the circumstance.
- SelfLearning Motivated and Fast Learner
- Dataanalytical thinking and troubleshooting skills
Skills Generative AI LLM Embedding vectors Streamlit FastAPI RAG Prompting
Tools Tensorflow pytorch bert debert / latest libraries for text analytics problems
Technical background
- AI/ML Expertise: Minimum of 1 years of handson experience in AI/ML/DL projects with a focus on NLP NER and Text Analytics.
- Proficient in Deep Learning techniques and able to implement recommendation engines and other advanced AI solutions.
- Experience with RAG (RetrievalAugmented Generation) Application Development Generative AI and Agent Prompting.
- Familiarity with Ollama Streamlit Vector Databases and Embedding Models.
- Ability to solve complex problems and innovate AI solutions to meet realworld needs.
- Strong understanding of AI applications in the HR domain is preferred.
- Experience with Reinforcement Learning is a plus.
- Certifications or specialization in Artificial Intelligence is highly desirable.
