We are looking for a qualified Engineer Service to handle aftersales service and technical support for solar systems. The role requires strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work in challenging environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide aftersales support and service to customers.
Troubleshoot and resolve complaints related to solar systems.
Conduct regular maintenance and servicing of installed solar equipment.
Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Qualifications:
Education: Electrical (Diploma/ITI).
Experience: Minimum 3 years in the solar industry.
Skills:
Strong technical and problemsolving skills.
Ability to handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
Experience with solar system maintenance and repairs.
