Job Summary:
The Sales Analyst will be responsible for analyzing sales data market trends and customer behavior to support the development and execution of effective sales strategies. This role requires a detailoriented individual with strong analytical skills who can provide insights to optimize sales performance forecast market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales data identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve sales performance.
- Generate reports on key sales metrics including revenue profitability and market share.
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends customer preferences and emerging market opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to forecast future sales performance and market demand.
- Assist in developing datadriven strategies to maximize sales efficiency and growth.
- Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to help identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Support the sales team with analysis to refine sales targets and align efforts with business goals.
- Support the sales team in achieving their targets through databacked strategies and recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Economics Statistics or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Sales Analyst (CSA) Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Certified Data Analyst (CDA) would be an advantage.
- Minimum of 3years in sales analysis business intelligence and data analysis preferably within the automotive industry.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools including Excel SQL and business intelligence platforms.
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales forecasting techniques.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Knowledge of the Nigerian market and automotive industry is an advantage

Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management, preferably in the automotive industry. Strong networking ability and access to government agencies and other public-private sectors.
