Job Description
- Coordinate with clients to understand their design needs and preferences.
- Prepare and present design proposals liaise with clients and presentation.
- Assist in creating innovative design concepts for entertainment and commercial spaces.
- Conduct research on design trends and materials specific to entertainment and commercial environments.
- Source and select materials furnishings and decor items suitable for each project.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure seamless execution of design plans.
- Maintain and organize project files samples and resources.
Requirements
- Experience in entertainment and commercial design projects.
- Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in interior design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing relevant design projects.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Bachelors Degree in Art/Design/Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
- Bilingual in Mandarin & English to communicate with Mandarinspeaking counterparts. Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role required candidate to deal with Mandarin speaker.
- At least 3 Year(s) of relevant working experience in 3D rendering & details drawing.
- Commercial project experience is a bonus.
- Skills in design software such as AutoCAD Sketch Up and 3D Max.
