Clinic Director Sports and Orthopedic Physical Therapy

Are you a physical therapist seeking a leadership role at a wellestablished sports and orthopedic clinic in San Francisco s Financial District This position offers the opportunity to lead a dynamic team while contributing to the clinic s mission of empowering individuals to achieve their best through expert care and compassion. As the Clinic Director you ll play a key role in the growth of one of the topranked physical therapy practices in the Bay Area with three locations and a vision of becoming the region s most loved and respected sports and orthopedic provider.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a highperforming team and promote a collaborative professional clinic atmosphere
  • Hire and mentor staff while overseeing daily operations to ensure exceptional patient care
  • Analyze clinic data to meet financial operational and productivity goals
  • Develop marketing strategies and community partnerships to grow the clinic
  • Create an engaging supportive workplace that encourages staff success
  • Provide patient care and maintain prompt thorough electronic documentation

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
  • 3 years of experience in an orthopedic physical therapy setting
  • Supervisory or management experience preferred (but not required)
  • A passion for leadership and helping others grow and succeed
