Clinic Director Sports and Orthopedic Physical Therapy
Are you a physical therapist seeking a leadership role at a wellestablished sports and orthopedic clinic in San Francisco s Financial District This position offers the opportunity to lead a dynamic team while contributing to the clinic s mission of empowering individuals to achieve their best through expert care and compassion. Responsibilities
- Lead a highperforming team and promote a collaborative professional clinic atmosphere
- Hire and mentor staff while overseeing daily operations to ensure exceptional patient care
- Analyze clinic data to meet financial operational and productivity goals
- Develop marketing strategies and community partnerships to grow the clinic
- Create an engaging supportive workplace that encourages staff success
- Provide patient care and maintain prompt thorough electronic documentation
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- 3 years of experience in an orthopedic physical therapy setting
- Supervisory or management experience preferred (but not required)
- A passion for leadership and helping others grow and succeed
