Job Description
Our client is EPC/Construction Business.
Position: Safety Officer 1 position
Type of Hiring: Contract **under Vinarco
Working Hours: 6 Days/Week
Benefit: Salary Group Health Insurance SSO
Location: Bangkok
Starting Date: ASAP
Responsibilities:
- Develop implement and maintain safety policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Provide safety training and orientation for all new employees and subcontractors.
- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with project managers to integrate safety measures into project planning and execution.
- Prepare and maintain safety documentation reports and records for regulatory compliance.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop safety plans for various construction activities.
- Monitor safety performance metrics and recommend improvements.
- Facilitate safety meetings and promote a culture of safety awareness among all staff.
- Stay updated on the latest safety regulations trends and technologies within the construction industry.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Occupational Health and Safety Environmental Science or a related field.
- Over 8 years of experience in a safety role within the construction or EPC (Engineering Procurement and Construction) sector.
- Professional certifications such as Jor Por Certificate or equivalent are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations standards and best practices in the construction industry.
- Proven ability to conduct safety audits and risk assessments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
- Proficient in safety management software and tools.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
- Good command of English.
Project : Smart District Cooling System
Location : SuanluangSamyan Bangkok
Working Hour : MonSat 48 Hours/Week
Project Duration : 11 months
Position : Safety Officer 1 position

Salary Budget 6070K to candidate all inclusive (exclude agency service charge)
