Korzen Health is working with Healogics in regards to adding a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to the program in the Louisville KY area.
Scope of Practice Includes:
This opportunity includes working in our wound care clinic. This is a 100% Wound Care position. We need someone with both a KY and IN license. The position will be a mix of postacute Home Visits and outpatient center.
Our Wound Care Center includes:
Full Team Case Manager Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Nurses Office Manager Front end and back end support. Great Work Flow!
Provider will do Wound Care and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.
Provider will average around 1015 encounters per day with a majority of wound care and less than 5% Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.
We offer advanced woundcare treatments to promote healing including:
- Cellulitis therapy
- Compression therapy
- Hyperbaric oxygen therapy
- Infection management and prevention
- Wound cleaning
- Wound dressing
EMR is EPIC/IHEAL
MondayFriday 8am4pm 40 hours a week
No Nights No Call No weekends.
Compensation Model is base salary. Plus bonus (Quality and RVU)
You will work with Adult and Geriatric patients.

Wound Care Nurse Practitioner Experience Requirements:
- KY and IN State license
- Must be a Certified Nurse Practitioner
- DEA License
- 1 year of NP experience is a must
- Must have procedure experience simple sutures I&Ds...

- Compensation is a mixture of Solid Base Salary & Quarterly Bonus. BaseBonusRange of $115K$155K/year
