Located in New Cairo.
Job Responsibilities:
1First point of contact for all visitors and clients to greet and Welcome Visitors.
2Answer and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
3Coordinate courier services and manage incoming and outgoing mail.
4Support HR and office manager with clerical tasks such as filing data entry document preparation and collection office organization.
5Assist in meeting room management ensuring they are available clean and ready for use before meetings and arrange items for hospitality.
6Monitor office and kitchen supplies inventory placing orders as necessary to ensure nothing is missing.
7Assist in office activities and external events preparation such as arranging giveaways and order needed supplies.
8Communicate with building security to arrange visitor and employee parking and address any securityrelated matters to the office manager.
9Supervise the cleaning and maintenance staff to ensure the entire office is clean and presentable.
Job Requirments:
102 years of experience in same position.
2Excellent communication skills and strong organizational skills.
3Positive and professional attitude.
4V.good level of English.
