Summary:
This role involves covering multiple locations in the region requiring the ability to drive between sites. Mileage is reimbursable at $0.67 per mile. Responsibilities vary by location and may include mailroom services print production or reception duties. The work environment spans legal insurance hospital (nonpatient areas) and manufacturing (nonproduction areas).
We are looking for someone who is customerservice oriented flexible with their schedule and possesses reliable transportation. Experience with mailroom operations is a plus. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Work Hours:
While most assignments are Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM schedule flexibility is necessary. Some sites may open as early as 6 AM or close as late as 7 PM. Weekend shifts may also be required depending on the location.

Requirements:
- High school diploma and at least 12 months of relevant work experience.
- Posthigh school education is encouraged and preferred.
- Ability to move between locations as required covering distances of 4050 miles.
- A valid violationfree drivers license reliable transportation and compliance with auto insurance standards as per the company policy.
- Proficiency with common software applications including file management and navigation of network folders.
- Ability to accurately submit monthly expenses and follow coding requirements.

Working Conditions Mental and Physical Demands:

- Some tasks may require pushing or pulling machines weighing up to 400 lbs.
- Regular car travel is expected with potential exposure to minor cuts and ses.
Responsibilities:
- Support daily operations implementations and administration of Managed Services Accounts across multiple locations.
- Perform a wide range of customer support tasks at various client facilities.
- Provide operational support by supplementing onsite personnel during absences training or vacations.
- Assist management with process improvement procedural testing and field compliance.
- Support the implementation of new customer accounts and service expansions.
- Assist with onboarding new team members and crosstraining peers.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of site procedure guides.
- Perform daily visual inspections of site services for compliance with safety standards.
- Act as a backup for onsite resources including site management as needed.
- Maintain a customerfocused environment and engage with end users for feedback.
- Escalate customer issues to management and support resolution.
- Collect and analyze data for monthly operational reviews.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
