About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Active Directory L3 Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in Active Directory and related technologies with extensive experience in design architecture and integration. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Active Directory environment ensuring its security reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the subject matter expert for Active Directory (AD) ADFS LDAP GPO and MFA.
Design implement and manage complex AD environments.
Integrate and manage Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) solutions.
Develop and enforce AD policies and procedures.
Troubleshoot and resolve advanced ADrelated issues.
Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure AD security and compliance.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in AD and related technologies.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Active Directory L3 Engineer or similar role.
Expertise in ADFS LDAP GPO and MFA.
Strong integration experience with Azure AD.
Extensive design and architecture experience in AD environments.
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Relevant certifications (e.g. Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus.
