The Role
As a Site Supervisor youll lead the team onsite ensuring work is carried out safely efficiently and effectively. Youll manage daily operations including resources plant and subcontractors while keeping everything running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise land development underground pavement and earthwork projects.
- Plan and manage onsite activities ensuring safety and quality.
- Direct and support the team ensuring clear communication and smooth operations.
- Oversee resources and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience in supervising land development underground or earthwork projects.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
- Commitment to safety and OSH practices.
- Construction White Card and Driver s License.
- Permanent work rights in Australia.
- Must pass a preemployment medical.
