Job title: Performance tester
Location: San Diego CA(onsite)
Duration: Longterm

Experience: 12

Mandatory Skills

Ability to develop Enterprise and Project Performance Test strategies.

Strong Python/ Locust tool skills.

Proven ability to develop frameworks preferably performance testing frameworks.

Collaborate with Development Product owners solution architects business teams.

Good understanding of Performance Testing and Engineering lifecycle including scoping and workload modeling.

Conduct performance tests Load Stress Endurance etc.

Ability to analyze test results and provide performance improvement recommendations.

Demonstrated experience with APM preferably Datadog.

Working knowledge of distributed Cache Load Balancers Database systems.

Good project planning skills.

Be able to identify improvement areas and implement for delivery excellence.

Strong problemsolving skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Interest in learning new tools and technologies.

Good to have skills

Design and implement automated Performance Testing in the CI/CD pipeline.

Experienced in setting up Production monitoring dashboards based on business and IT goals.

Experience with micros servers based on architecture and containerizationbased deployments like Docker Kubernetes.

Knowledge of application architecture concepts including topology protocols components and principles would be advantageous.

Chaos Engineering.
