Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive 1st Level Support Specialist to join our Solution Team in Zagreb. As a member of the help and service desk you will play a crucial role in providing frontline support to our clients users ensuring that technical issues are resolved promptly and effectively. This role is perfect for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Provide firstlevel technical support to users handling inquiries and resolving issues related to software hardware and network systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical problems escalating complex issues to higherlevel support as necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of user interactions problems and resolutions using our ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with the 2nd level support team to ensure seamless issue resolution and knowledge sharing.
  • Communicate effectively with users in both English and German providing clear and concise guidance.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Language Proficiency: English C1 level and German B2 level or higher.

  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer support or technical support role is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of IT systems software applications and network troubleshooting.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication problemsolving and interpersonal skills.
  • Education: A degree or diploma in Information Technology or a related field is advantageous.
