Job Description
Position: Digital Trust & Safety Analyst (Hebrew or Dutch)
Location: Barcelona Spain
Work Model: Fully onsite
Employment type: Full time or Parttime (weekend shifts) with flexible schedule
Remuneration: Base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Back office support only
- Taking over general administrative tasks
- Provide online support for specific cases
- Achieving and ensuring the quality standards
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent written and spoken communication skills in Dutch or Hebrew and English
- Valid working permit for Spain or EU citizenship
- Affinity with back office services
- Strengths in efficiency accuracy and empathy
- Goaloriented work approach
OFFER:
- Working hours: Full time 39h Rotating schedules ona 24/7 basis.
