Job Description

Position: Customer Support Advisor (European Portuguese)

Location: Lisbon Portugal

Work Schedule:

  • Fulltime role (40 hours per week).
  • Rotative shifts including nights (Monday to Sunday).
  • Two days off per week (rotative).

Contract Duration:

  • Initial contract of 6 months with the possibility of renewal.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: 870 (14 payments over 12 months).
  • Performance Bonus: 80 for every 11 months worked.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver highquality customer support in European Portuguese across multiple channels including phone email and chat.
  • Address customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues providing effective solutions promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update relevant information as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer experience and ensure service excellence.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to management.

Qualifications:

  • Native or fluent speaker of European Portuguese. (Note: Brazilian and other South American Portuguese speakers are not accepted.)
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment.
