Position: Customer Support Advisor (European Portuguese)
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Work Schedule:
- Fulltime role (40 hours per week).
- Rotative shifts including nights (Monday to Sunday).
- Two days off per week (rotative).
Contract Duration:
- Initial contract of 6 months with the possibility of renewal.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: 870 (14 payments over 12 months).
- Performance Bonus: 80 for every 11 months worked.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver highquality customer support in European Portuguese across multiple channels including phone email and chat.
- Address customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues providing effective solutions promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update relevant information as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer experience and ensure service excellence.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to management.
Qualifications:
- Native or fluent speaker of European Portuguese. (Note: Brazilian and other South American Portuguese speakers are not accepted.)
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment.
