Job Description

Position: Customer Support Advisor (European Portuguese)

Location: Lisbon Portugal

Work Schedule:

  • Fulltime role (40 hours per week).
  • Rotating shifts including nights (Monday to Sunday).
  • Two days off per week (rotative).

Contract Duration:

  • Initial 6month contract with the possibility of extension.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: 870 (paid 14 times a year).
  • Performance Bonus: 80 for every 11 months of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer support in European Portuguese via phone email and chat.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues by providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and update information as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve the overall customer experience and ensure high service standards.
  • Spot opportunities for process enhancements and communicate feedback to management.

Qualifications:

  • Native or fluent in European Portuguese (please note that Brazilian and other South American Portuguese speakers will not be accepted).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
