Position: Customer Support Advisor (European Portuguese)
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Work Schedule:
- Fulltime role (40 hours per week).
- Rotating shifts including nights (Monday to Sunday).
- Two days off per week (rotative).
Contract Duration:
- Initial 6month contract with the possibility of extension.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: 870 (paid 14 times a year).
- Performance Bonus: 80 for every 11 months of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer support in European Portuguese via phone email and chat.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues by providing timely and effective solutions.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and update information as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to improve the overall customer experience and ensure high service standards.
- Spot opportunities for process enhancements and communicate feedback to management.
Qualifications:
- Native or fluent in European Portuguese (please note that Brazilian and other South American Portuguese speakers will not be accepted).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
