Position: Technical Support Specialist (Email Support)
Location: Thessaloniki Greece
Work Schedule:
- Fulltime onsite role.
- Rotating schedule Monday to Sunday:
- 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical support solely through email to customers in both Portuguese and English.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and the solutions provided.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance support processes and improve service quality.
- Stay informed about product features and technical specifications to offer precise assistance.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
- At least 1 year of experience in a technical support role.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively troubleshoot technical problems.
- Basic knowledge of technology and software applications.
