Job Description
Position: Sales Representative
Location: Thessaloniki Greece
Languages Required: Native or Fluent French English
Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Representative who is a native or fluent speaker of French and English to join our team in Thessaloniki. This onsite position requires a minimum of 1 year of sales experience to drive company growth and provide exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls and engage with potential customers to promote our products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance indicators.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Language Skills: Native or fluent French speaker with proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a sales role required.
- Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation abilities with a capacity to persuade and influence others.
- Sales Aptitude: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Permanent Contract: Secure and longterm employment.
