Job Description
Position: Sales Representative
Location: Thessaloniki Greece
Languages Required: Native or Fluent French English
Overview:
We are looking for a Sales Representative who is a native or fluent speaker of French and English to join our team in Thessaloniki. This onsite role requires at least 1 year of sales experience to contribute to our growth and provide outstanding service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound sales calls and engage potential customers to promote our products and services.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and offering customized solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Language Skills: Must be a native or fluent French speaker with a good command of English (both written and spoken).
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year in a sales position is required.
- Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence.
- Sales Aptitude: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Relocation Assistance (for candidates moving to Thessaloniki):
- Travel Support: Transportation to Thessaloniki will be covered.

- Housing Assistance:
- Enjoy 2 weeks of hotel accommodation.
- Receive help with hiring documentation for candidates who have not previously worked in Greece.
- Up to 350 gross to cover the real estate agency fee for finding permanent accommodation.
