Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager D&A to lead and manage data and analytics migration projects focusing on SAP BusinessObjects Power BI and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). This role will involve the planning execution and delivery of key migration tasks while managing both technical and business stakeholders. If you are skilled in project management and passionate about driving data solutions this opportunity will allow you to work on critical projects in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution:
Lead migration projects from SAP BusinessObjects and Power BI to SAC. Develop and manage project plans timelines resources and deliverables to ensure project success. - Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements translate them into technical specifications and manage expectations through clear communication. - Technical Oversight:
Supervise the migration process to ensure data integrity best practices for data governance and a secure environment. - Risk & Change Management:
Identify potential risks manage project changes and update project plans accordingly to stay on track. - Testing & Quality Assurance:
Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance activities to ensure the new systems meet business needs. - PostMigration Support:
Provide postmigration support resolve issues and facilitate user training for a smooth transition.
Skills & Qualifications
- Project Management Skills:
Proven experience managing endtoend data migration projects with tools such as SAP BusinessObjects Power BI and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). Familiarity with Agile SCRUM and TOGAF methodologies is highly valued. - Business Insight:
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to align business and technical teams. - ProblemSolving & Analytical Thinking:
Excellent problemsolving skills with a focus on troubleshooting data migration and ensuring successful project execution. - Communication & Leadership:
Ability to lead crossfunctional teams and clearly communicate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders. - Tools & Software:
Proficiency in Jira ServiceNow and other project tracking and issue management tools.
