Job Description
We are hiring for an experience Events or Production manager focusing on liveEvents with at least 5 years of solid experience including management of Technical Aspects of the production and its team.
This is an onsite work and follows a Dayshift Schedule
Salary is up to 130000 package based on overall experience and hiring result
Minimum 57 years of experience in a media agency or TV production environment with demonstrated effective event management technical and personnel management experience.
Qualifications:
- 57 years of experience in a media agency or TV production environment with demonstrated effective event management technical and personnel management experience.
- Significant successful similar and compatible event facility experience business experience or similar event experience preferred.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Selfmotivated and resultsoriented.
- Proven ability to organize and coordinate projects and personnel.
- Familiarity with crowd management and control techniques.
- Proficiency with general office PC applications (i.e. word processing spreadsheets databases).
Description:
- Lead and manage the event operations by vendor/agency including gameday and nongame day related event setups and activities.
- Maintain and develop relationships with a wide variety of vendors and suppliers.
- Coordinate the relationship and productivity of Stagehands rigging and other labor contractors.
- Work with various arena and team departments to meet event staffing and production needs.
- Assist in planning and executing eventrelated expenses and budgets.
