Position Title: SAP S/4 HANA MM (Materials Management Consultant)
Location: US Remote (EST hours)

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP S/4HANA Material Management (MM) Lead Consultant with expertise in SAP S4Hana MM module for the transformation from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. The Lead Consultant will play a pivotal role in overseeing all phases of the design realization data migration and testing ensuring a seamless transition with minimal disruption to business operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of SAP MM End to End Implementation experience in at least two implementation projects.
- Minimum 2 years of SAP S/4HANA Conversion and/or implementation experience. Experience with SAP S4 RISE private cloud edition is nice to have.
- Rich experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA Simple Logistics is a must.
- Experience with workflow management and enhancements related to workflow utilizing HR Mini Master is a must.
- SAP MM skills to include but not limited to Organization Structure Master Data pricing schemas various process like direct procurement indirect procurement service items goods receipt invoice receipt stock transfers MRP consignments inventory management Batch Determination etc Inbound logistics storage and operations outbound logistics picking and putaway strategies search strategies Transfer orders etc.
- SAP S/4HANA Best Practices: Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA best practices and industry standards for material management processes. This includes understanding standard SAP solutions recommended configurations and preconfigured business processes provided by SAP S/4HANA.
- SAP S/4HANA Data Migration: Experience with data migration processes in SAP S/4HANA including data extraction transformation and loading (SAP DS). This involves migrating legacy material master data supplier master data purchasing documents and inventory balances into the S/4HANA system while ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Experience in working on development requirements like reports interfaces conversions enhancements forms and workflows. Outbound and Inbound ALE/EDI communications.
- SAP Fiori/UI5: Familiarity with SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 for designing intuitive and userfriendly interfaces for SAP S/4HANA MM processes. This includes configuring Fiori apps enhancing standard Fiori applications.
- Reporting and Analytics: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA reporting tools such as embedded analytics within S/4HANA.
- Good integration knowledge/experience between SAP MM/LE and other relevant SAP modules like FICO EWM SD/LE PP/QM etc.
- Experience in implementations per SAP ASAP and/or SAP Activate methodologies.
- Experience in facilitating design workshops analysis process mapping configuration testing training go live and support cycles.
- Experience in preparing Business Blueprint or Functional Design Documents and Functional Specification
- Results driven team oriented adaptable to different client situations and quick in learning new skills and methods.
- Positive attitude and proactive nature to work with CrossTeams.
- Working knowledge of agile and waterfall development methodologies.
