Junior Help Desk Consultant (3 yrs of experience) who will be working from 10 am to 7 pm five days a week onsite. This position requires fulltime onsite presence to ensure continuous support and smooth operations.
MiddleLevel Help Desk Consultant (56 yrs of experience) The working hours for this position are yet to be determined but we anticipate that the consultant will be required onsite for three to five days a week. If we find a suitable candidate there is a possibility for this role to be converted to a permanent position.
They utilize a Jira ticketing system and have around 500 end users they will be supporting. These resources will need to be extremely sharp as they are working with high end management and traders.
