Title: Business Analyst 3
Remote may require an occasional onsite meeting in Delaware (as needed for team interactions on larger issues) and the occasional conference that we may host with our stakeholders (once or twice a year) (we do not support travel costs)

Experienced with business process reengineering and identifying new applications of technology to business problems to make business more effective. Prepares solution options risk identification and financial analyses such as cost/benefit ROI buy/build etc. Writes detailed description of user needs program functions and steps required to develop or mod
