Job Description
JOB DETAILS:
- Position: IBM Watson Engineer (Junior/MidLevel)
- Location: Lisbon or Porto (hybrid model 23 times per week in the office)
- Work Model: Hybrid
DAYTODAY DUTIES:
As an IBM Watson Engineer at Top Sigma you will:
- Work with the IBM Watson platform and its services including Watson Assistant Watson Discovery and Watson Natural Language Understanding.
- Develop and integrate IBM Watson services with external APIs and systems.
- Program using languages such as Python Java or Node.js to build custom AI models and solutions.
- Collaborate with teams to apply natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML) tools in realworld applications.
- Identify opportunities where AI can solve industryspecific challenges tailoring Watson services to meet these needs.
- Stay informed on trends in artificial intelligence and big data ensuring our solutions are at the forefront of innovation.
- Work flexibly in both cloud and onpremises environments depending on client needs.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years of experience working specifically with IBM Watson.
- Strong programming skills in Python Java or Node.js.
- Experience in developing custom AI models with a focus on model development.
- Expertise in integrating and customizing Watson services using APIs.
- Familiarity with natural language processing and machine learning tools.
- Understanding of big data concepts and relevant tools.
- Fluent in English.
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid model (Lisbon or Porto offices 23 times a week).
