Job Description
Our clients company is a leading provider of comprehensive insurance solutions offering personal commercial and group benefits lines of insurance. With a commitment to delivering tailored insurance products and exceptional service they are looking to expand their team with an experienced MidMarket Commercial Producer. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a significant impact by developing and managing a robust portfolio of midmarket clients.
In this role you will be responsible for marketing to soliciting and servicing middlemarket clients. As a key member of the team you will develop and execute effective marketing strategies to grow and maintain a book of business. This role provides the flexibility to crosssell from existing commercial accounts or independently prospect new clients. We seek candidates with a proven track record in insurance production who are eager to build strong client relationships and demonstrate longterm commitment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain middlemarket clients in personal commercial and group benefits lines.
- Solicit and service a diverse portfolio of clients ensuring tailored insurance solutions that meet their unique needs.
- Build and grow a book of business through strategic crossselling and proactive prospecting.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients providing exceptional service and support to ensure longterm loyalty.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize sales strategies and deliver outstanding client experiences.
- Prepare and present customized insurance proposals to prospective clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets contributing to the overall success of the team and company.
Qualifications
- 310 years of experience as a Commercial Insurance Producer with a focus on midmarket clients.
- Proven track record of building and growing a successful book of business.
- Strong marketing and sales skills with the ability to develop and execute effective strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Highly motivated and resultsdriven with a commitment to providing exceptional client service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team demonstrating strong organizational skills.
- Stable work history with a focus on longterm career development.
