Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

Project Coordination: Manage the lifecycle of infrastructure projects, from initial planning to completion.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure project alignment.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes.
Budget Management: Assist in the preparation and monitoring of project budgets.
Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all projects adhere to local, state, and federal regulations.
Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates and stakeholder inquiries.
Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
1. Project Planning and Coordination:

Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with project managers and stakeholders.
Coordinate project activities, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
2. Communication and Liaison:

Serve as a point of contact between project teams, clients, and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication.
Organize and participate in project meetings, documenting discussions and action items.
3. Documentation Management:

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, reports, and correspondence.
Ensure that all project-related documents are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.
4. Task Tracking and Reporting:

Monitor project progress and performance against established timelines and milestones.
Prepare regular status reports for project managers and stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and risks.
5. Resource Coordination:

Assist in the allocation and scheduling of project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
Support project managers in identifying resource needs and resolving conflicts.
6. Risk Management:

Identify potential project risks and issues, escalating them to project managers as necessary.
Help develop and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.


Desired candidate profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in infrastructure project coordination or management.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and design tools (e.g., AutoCAD).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze issues and develop effective solutions.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
  • Arabic language proficiency is preferred.

  • Experience in public works or large-scale infrastructure projects.
