In this role you will provide advanced data and analytical support to our health system. Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and managing databases that promote efficient workflows and comply with regulatory specifications.
Supporting datadriven performance improvement projects within the health system.
Preparing reports and Tableau dashboards and presenting findings to system leaders and teams.
Managing datadriven projects and assisting in identifying critical issues and developing solutions using PDCA and Lean methodologies.
Collaborating effectively as part of a team while ensuring maximum utilization of technology to enhance work systems.

Qualifications
REQUIRED
Bachelors degree in statistics business computer science mathematics or a related quantitative analysis field or equivalent experience.
Advanced skills in Python Tableau SQL R Excel SPSS and PowerPoint.
At least 2 years of experience in clinical data analytics statistics and quality measures.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
Strong critical thinking and problemsolving abilities.
Project management skills.
Excellent understanding of industryspecific issues regulatory requirements and current trends in the healthcare industry.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and creative environment.
Capability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to meet departmental goals.
Strong prioritization skills and attention to detail.
Experience leading complex systemwide projects.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
PREFERRED
MBA or Masters degree in quantitative analytical fields.
Over 3 years of experience with Python SQL and Tableau.
More than 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
At least 1 year of experience in data science (AI/ML) data management and analysis.
Over 1 year of project management experience.
